Eat More Carbohydrates: - Inadequate intake of carbohydrates in the diet
can also lead to kidney stones.
Moderate your Salt intake: - Excess intake of salt consumption can promote
the formation of kidney stones. You should reduce the amount of salt you
intake. You should also consider using a salt substitute.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables: - You should eat at least five servings of
fruits and vegetables daily. Eating fruits and vegetables give you potassium,
fiber, magnesium, antioxidants, and citrate, all of these can keep kidney
stones from forming.
